Wellness After 50
A calmer, stronger way to care for yourself in this season of life.
Wellness at this stage isn’t about keeping up or starting over. It’s about listening more carefully, to your body, your energy, your needs, and finding what actually works for the life you’re living right now.
I’m not a doctor or a wellness coach. I’m a woman in her 50s who has been paying attention, trying things, and curating what seems to help. What you’ll find here isn’t a prescription. It’s a collection of honest finds, trusted resources, and practical tools offered with the hope that something here makes your day a little easier or your life a little richer.
Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t. You know yourself best.

Featured Finds: Why I Chose Them
Sometimes a product catches my attention because there is a story, a lesson learned, or something interesting behind the choice. These featured finds include a little more about why they stood out.

Verena Street Sunday Drive Decaf Coffee
I still enjoy my regular morning coffee, but I’ve become more mindful about caffeine later in the day. Sometimes I mix regular and decaf, and other times I choose decaf when I still want the comfort of a cup of coffee without as much caffeine. While researching decaf options, I learned that not all decaf coffee is processed the same way. This coffee uses the Swiss Water Process, a water-based method for removing caffeine.
Books that have stayed with me over the years because they were thoughtful gifts from friends.
